We offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, help clients problem solve and provide neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. You should consider counseling in a safe, confidential environment whe you feel a need to seek resolve or change, Consider counseling when you need someone to talk to and help sort things out. We don't share your information. We are confidential and HIPPA compliant.
Client needs are in the forefront of what we do and how we do it. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a confidential safe place, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan that identifies goals we work towards achieving during each session. We consider counseling very significant. If worrying about the problem prohibits your efforts, disrupts your work life, impairs happiness, and disengages relationships call for an appointment to receive the help you may want and/or need.

Deborah Rolley-Smith : Marriage and Family Therapist-Intern
Deborah has an earned Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. She is currently a licensed Nevada state MFT-Intern. She has been in practice for 6 years.
Deborah has an earned Ph.D. in Education, Master of Arts in Education/Education Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education/Elementary Education. Her career spans 40 years in education as a teacher, administrator, life coach, teacher mentor, project facilitator and adjunct professor.
Services are provided for individuals, couples, adults and children, and families during times of change, uncertainty, trauma or distress.

we are able to help individuals recover motivation, perspective, and hope. Our therapy and counseling sessions help to shape perspective, reframe our thinking, and develop strategies to promote joy and meaning we desire in our lives.
Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger in our lives as a result of traumatic experiences. We desire to help individuals overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing to begin living a healthy, productive lifestyle.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with individuals, couples, and families. Our office is a confidential, supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen relationships.
